The Luxembourg office is at 108 Avenue du X Septembre, in the residential Belair district, a few minutes from the Cité judiciaire (Plateau du Saint-Esprit) and the city centre. Clients are received by appointment, mainly for files requiring action in the Grand Duchy: criminal defence, judicial investigation, civil party constitution, civil litigation and personal injury compensation.
Maître Hélène Tared has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2020 and is a member of the <strong>Luxembourg Association of Criminal Law Attorneys (ALAP)</strong>. This dual Metz-Luxembourg admission, uncommon in practice, allows clients whose professional, family or litigation life crosses the border to be supported without changing counsel.
