Retention period
Enquiries that do not lead to a case are kept for a maximum of 3 years. Data related to a client case is retained for the legal duration applicable to attorney archives (5 years after the end of the mandate, per Art. 2224 of the French Civil Code).

Every exchange with the attorney is covered by professional secrecy (Art. 66-5 of the Law of 31 December 1971). This protection applies from the first contact, even if no case is opened.
No advertising trackers
This website uses no advertising cookies or targeted advertising. No behavioural tracking script (Google Analytics, Matomo, Hotjar, Plausible…) is loaded. The contact form sets no cookies and no data is stored in your browser (neither localStorage nor sessionStorage).
Privacy-first audience measurement
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, an audience measurement service that sets no cookies and collects no personally identifiable information. Only aggregated, anonymised data is recorded (page URL, device type, country, browser, traffic source). No fingerprinting, no user identifiers, no raw IP addresses are retained.
