The practice

An independent practice, a promise kept.

Admitted to the Metz and Luxembourg Bars since 2020, I assist individuals and professionals in proceedings that often involve what matters most: their integrity, their freedom, their estate.

Francophone, English-speaking and German-speaking, I practice in France and in the Grand Duchy. Defend with rigor, listen with humanity — these two principles guide every file, in Metz as in Luxembourg.

Practice areas

Three domains, one standard.

01Personal injury

When a road accident, an assault or medical malpractice disrupts a life, recovery also goes through compensation. I assist victims at every stage: medical-legal file, assessment of damages (physical, economic, moral, aesthetic, loss of enjoyment), negotiation with insurance companies, and litigation before the CIVI or civil courts.

  • Road accidents (Badinter Act)
  • Assault · CIVI procedure
  • Medical malpractice · CCI · CRCI
  • General civil liability

02Civil law

Civil law permeates every act of life: contracts, banking relationships, family or estate disputes. I draft, review, negotiate and, if necessary, plead to defend your interests. My activity also includes judicial protection of minors and specialized counsel in animal law.

  • Contract law · drafting
  • Banking law · litigation
  • Civil procedure · representation
  • Educational assistance · minors

03Criminal law

During police custody, before the investigating judge, at the criminal court, in immediate appearance or before the Assizes: criminal defense requires immediate availability and complete mastery of procedure. As a member of the Luxembourg Association of Criminal Law Attorneys (ALAP), I act on both sides of the border.

Method and values

Three principles at the core of every case

Whatever the matter — personal injury after a road accident, contractual dispute, police custody or immediate appearance — the same method guides my work. It combines procedural rigor, careful listening to the client, and meticulous preparation at every stage.

Composed responsiveness

Intervention from the first legal hour in police custody (article 63-3-1 of the Code of Criminal Procedure). For other matters, an initial exchange within 24 to 48 working hours. No promise beyond what is reasonable, but careful follow-through at every stage of the procedure.

France · Luxembourg cross-border practice

Dual admission to the Metz and Luxembourg Bars since 2020, member of the Luxembourg Association of Criminal Law Attorneys (ALAP). Familiarity with both legal systems and the three working languages (French · English · German) — a single counsel on both sides of the border, without going through an intermediary colleague.

Transparency and tailored service

Written fee agreement before any assignment, regular progress updates, full file access on request. Legal aid accepted. Payment plans available. No surprises — every case is handled as if it were the only one.
